Accessories and spare parts for 150 liter insulated and portable refrigerated container with front opening

The 150 litre container in the AF 150 isothermal version, the Koala 150 portable refrigerator version or the thermal version with active door, is equipped with a wide range of accessories and spare parts that makes it the most complete and functional of the monobloc versions. In fact, the container is built as a monobloc to guarantee resistance to shocks and stress during handling and transport. However, accessory components such as gaskets, closing hooks and hinges can wear out, which is why replacement kits are always available.

Eutectic plates are a necessary solution for maintaining the temperature inside the container when transport times are medium to long or when the food inside the container is longer than standard times. For the transport of fresh foodstuffs, the use of the -3°C plate with red cap is recommended, while for the transport of frozen foodstuffs, the -21°C plate identified by the blue cap is recommended. There are plates compatible with standard containers and plates compatible with containers with eutectic plate runners.

The polyethylene trolley with parking brake is advisable if two overlapping containers are used, resulting in an isothermal container of 300 litres (150+150). The presence of two separate cells is useful for transporting hot, fresh and frozen bonded meals at the same time. With the stacked containers, the trolley is an easy tool for handling inside spaces such as industrial kitchens, canteens or cooking centres. If, on the other hand, handling takes place in outdoor spaces with inclines or differences in height, stainless steel hinges should be selected.

The container can be configured with internal uprights and stainless steel guides to support and transport GN trays, EN trays, pastry trays and 600 x 400 mm trays. The stainless steel guides allow for orderly insertion, avoiding overlapping of trays, and are indispensable when placing containers with hot food at high temperatures or from the oven. Furthermore, it is possible to buy spare power cables. 

The container in the heated thermal version with active door can be equipped with a 12V/230V inverter: in this way, it will be possible to connect the door to the vehicle's cigarette lighter socket and guarantee power during the entire transport. If the inverter option is not chosen, the door can only be powered by line voltage.
