The banding machine semi-automatic is the essential tool for optimizing pallet strapping operations. The machine features DC motors, uses an electrical supply of 220 V | 1 ph | 50/60 Hz, and its strapping head is designed to exert a tensioning force of up to 150 kg. The strap tension is electronically adjustable via a potentiometer on the control panel. Additionally, the presence of a motorized retractable lance of 1000 mm facilitates the insertion of the strap under the pallet.

The strapping speed ranges from 10 to 15 cycles per minute with a maximum tensioning force adjustable from 5 to 150 kg. The banding machine is complete with 4 swiveling wheels (2 with brakes) and a side stainless steel work surface. Furthermore, there is an analog control panel that allows for adjusting the welding cooling time, strap tension via a potentiometer, welding blade temperature, and the dispensing length of the strap.

The banding machine allows working with pallets with a minimum height of 550 mm without limits on the maximum weight. It is also compatible with coils with an internal diameter of 406 mm, external diameter of 570 mm, and width of 160 mm. The strap (depending on the machine's adjustment) can be 12 - 15 - 19 mm wide, 0.6 - 0.8 mm thick, and of PP or PET type.
