The banding machine semi-automatic is the ergonomic, safe and compact solution for horizontal strapping of palletised goods. Much more convenient and faster than classic manual dispensers, it can be easily moved close to the load to be strapped without moving the pallet and is ideal for those who have low pallet volumes but want to streamline logistical processes.

Using the semi-automatic, current-powered strapping machine is simple and intuitive; the machine can be moved forward and sideways towards the pallet to be strapped thanks to the 2 fixed and 2 swivel wheels with brakes and the practical pushing handle. The compact strapping head with 30% fewer moving parts than its competitors means less maintenance, and the absence of chains and pulleys makes it quieter. 

The control panel with illuminated operating lights serves to programme the strap throw length as well as electronically adjusting the tensioning from 8 to 70 kg. The temperature of the sealing blade is adjustable via a potentiometer, with adjustable cooling time for perfect seals even at high tensions. The banding machine's maintenance is also facilitated by the Jog Switch for cycle control.

The straps that are compatible with the semi-automatic horizontal banding machine are polypropylene (PP) straps with a thickness of 0.6-0.8 mm and a width of 9, 12 or 15.5 mm in spools with an inner diameter of 200 or 280 mm (to be specified when ordering so that the machine is correctly set up).
