The banding machine semi-automatic is the mobile, safe and compact solution for horizontal strapping of goods on pallets. It can be moved easily alongside the load to be strapped without moving the pallet even in locations without a power connection thanks to the powerful battery included. More efficient than traditional manual strapping systems, the strapping machine is ideal for handling low pallet volumes without sacrificing fast packing operations.

This semi-automatic banding machine model can be powered by electricity or battery. The battery has a recharge time of 5-7 hours and a capacity of approx. 1000-1500 strapping cycles per charge (depending on the size of the goods and strapping tension) with a total lifetime of approx. 300 recharges. Thanks to the 2 fixed and 2 pivoting wheels with brakes and the pushing handle, the strapping machine can be guided forward and sideways towards the pallet. The compact strapping head built with 30% fewer moving parts than other machines and without chains or pulleys is quieter and less maintenance-intensive.

Strap throw length and tensioning are adjustable via the control panel with indicator lights. The tensioning force ranges from a minimum of 8 to a maximum of 70 kg. The cooling time and temperature of the sealing blade are adjustable via a potentiometer, to ensure perfect seals even at high tensioning. In addition, thanks to the Jog Switch for cycle control, strapping machine maintenance is easier. 

The straps that are compatible with the semi-automatic horizontal banding machine are 0.6-0.8 mm thick and 9, 12 or 15.5 mm wide polypropylene (PP) straps in spools with an inner diameter of 200 or 280 mm (to be specified when ordering in order to receive the machine correctly set up).
