The banding machine semi-automatic is the light and compact solution for vertical strapping of goods on pallets. A step forward compared to classic manual strapping systems, this machine can be moved easily alongside the load to be strapped without moving the pallet and is ideal for those who work with low pallet volumes but do not want to sacrifice logistical efficiency.

Using the semi-automatic banding machine powered by electricity is simple and safe; it can be moved closer to the pallet to be strapped thanks to its wheeled structure with 4 swivel wheels, 2 of which have brakes and thanks to its push handle. With 30% fewer moving parts than similar machines, the compact strapping head reduces maintenance, as well as producing very little noise due to the absence of chains and pulleys. The fixed lance is hinged at the base so that it can be placed upright when not in use. For use with short pallets, it is possible to split it in half and use only the first piece, by purchasing the short lance tip option to protect it from shocks and avoid major repair costs.

The temperature of the soldering blade is adjustable via a potentiometer, with an adjustable cooling time for perfect soldering even at high voltages. The strap tensioning is electronically controlled, and ranges from a minimum of 8 kg to a maximum of 70 kg. The strap throw length can be programmed from the control panel. Thanks to the Jog Switch for cycle monitoring, maintenance is simplified.

The semi-automatic banding machine is compatible with polypropylene (PP) strapping of 0.6-0.8 mm thickness and 9, 12 or 15.5 mm width in coils of 200 or 280 mm internal diameter (to be specified in the order so that the machine is correctly set up).
