The banding machine semi-automatic is the light and mobile solution for vertical strapping of palletised goods. The main advantage over classic manual solutions is the speed of operation, as well as the ease of handling even in locations without power sockets, thanks to the included battery. It is perfect for handling low work volumes quickly and efficiently.

In addition to the power supply, the semi-automatic banding machine boasts a powerful battery with a battery life of approx. 5-7 hours and a capacity of approx. 1000-1500 strapping cycles per charge, for a total lifetime of 300 reloads, depending on the tensioning and size of the packages. The battery is housed in a cart equipped with 4 swivel wheels, 2 of which have brakes, and a push handle. The compact strapping head reduces maintenance and is quieter due to the absence of chains and pulleys. The fixed lance hinged to the base can be lifted vertically when not in use. For use with short pallets, it is possible to separate it in half and use only the first piece, purchasing the optional short lance tip to protect it from shocks and avoid expensive repair costs.

The temperature of the sealing blade is adjustable via a potentiometer, with adjustable cooling times for perfect seals even at high voltages. The strap tension is electronically adjusted and ranges from a minimum of 8 to a maximum of 70 kg. The control panel also offers the strap throw length setting. Thanks to the Jog Switch for cycle monitoring, maintenance is made easy.

The semi-automatic banding machine is compatible with polypropylene (PP) strapping of 0.6-0.8 mm thickness and 9, 12 or 15.5 mm width in spools with an inner diameter of 200 or 280 mm (to be specified when ordering in order to receive the machine correctly set up).
