The bench grinder Fervi is an ideal tool for professional use. Easy to use, it allows grinding and deburring by abrasion solid and sturdy materials, such as metals and metal alloys. The body of the tool includes the motor, start and stop buttons, a dry grinding wheel, screens and wheel guards, piece holder brackets and a suction hose holder. This type of tool is to be considered a service machine and not a production machine, so it is recommended not to extend its use beyond 10 minutes at a time to avoid overheating.

Before starting up the professional bench grinder, it must be connected to an external suction system thanks to the two suction inlets located at the rear of the fixed guards. Furthermore, before starting the machine up it is important to check the mounted grinding wheels by idling for at least 5 minutes at peripheral working speed with closed guards.

In order to avoid small displacements that may occur due to the vibrations generated when machining workpieces, the bench grinder is designed to be bolted and secured to the workbench.

The motor of the bench grinder is 230 V 50 Hz 0.52 kW and in order to work it requires a normal power socket.
