The bench grinder is the professional solution with which it is possible to sand, grind and/or deburr materials with a solid and sturdy consistency such as metals and metal alloys. This particular model of bench grinder has, in addition to the dry grinder, a belt sander with which sanding work can also be carried out. Continuous use for more than 10 minutes is not recommended for this type of machine, as it could cause overheating of both the motor and the tools.

Operating the bench grinder is extremely easy, which is why it can be utilized by anybody. To use it, once it has been turned on, simply place the workpiece on the piece-holder bracket and push it towards the grinding wheel. To avoid excessive overheating, it is recommended to immerse the workpiece in water to cool it down. To sharpen the working surface of the grinding wheel and make it perfectly flat, you can use a tempered steel bar.

When in use, the professional bench grinder must always be connected to an external suction system. The inlets for connecting the suction unit are located at the rear of the fixed protective guards. In addition, to ensure the safety of those using the machine, the machine is equipped with protective shields and guards for the grinding wheel.

To prevent the bench grinder from moving during machining due to vibrations, it can be fixed to the workbench. This ensures the safety of the operators and at the same time it guarantees a preciser machining.
