Big bag rack with 1000 liter spill pallet

The big bag rack with 1080 x 1080 spill pallet height 1850 mm is the ideal solution for storing a 1000 liter bulk bag. The square-based spill pallet has a capacity of 200 liters and is made of press-bent and wire-welded 3 mm carbon steel sheet with watertight assembly, while the support surface consists of a heavy-duty, hot-dipped galvanized pressed grating. 

To allow safe positioning on the ground and handling with forklifts, the spill pallet is equipped with 4 metal feet. In addition, the big bag rack is complete with uprights at the corners of the tank that support an upper tube frame fitted with 4 U-shaped snap hooks for attaching the big bag straps.

The positioning and removal of the bags is facilitated by the removable upper frame, while the spill pallet at the base is suitable for containing accidental spills and leaks coming from the big bags during the loading and unloading operations. These spills, which could be of a hazardous nature, cannot in fact end up on the ground.

The big bag rack is equipped with a watertight spill pallet, as required by the laws in force on environmental protection. For emptying and cleaning processes it is therefore recommended to use absorbent material or other tools such as industrial vacuum cleaners. Finally, the big bag holder is available in the powder coated version or in the electrolytic galvanized version, both including anti-corrosion treatment.
