Big bag rack with wheels and 1000 liter spill pallet

The big bag rack in galvanized steel with dismountable structure has dimensions 1070 x 1070 height 1350 mm and it represents a safe solution to hold 1000 liter bulk bags. It is an indispensable structure for filling, handling and, more generally, so as to carry out the logistical management of all types of big bags in total safety for the operators. Furthermore, it is a quality product, StawaR certified and verified by TÜV SUD according to ISO9001 and ISO 3834-3 standards.

The big bag holder structure in carbon steel is completely hot-dip galvanized for durability, it can be easily disassembled thanks to the 4 removable columns resulting in a space-saving solution and can be stacked when in storage. The 1 + 1 stackability is guaranteed only on perfectly flat surfaces of adequate consistency and the pallets must be lifted individually (not when stacked together).

Built in steel with frame with removable tubes, the big bag holder has a sheet metal base with support feet and bottom in electro-welded mesh that will provide support for the bulk bag. Furthermore, the possibility of removing the tubes will guarantee a great saving of space during storage and when transporting empty.

The sheet metal base has support feet inserted in the frame which are welded at a height of 10 cm from the ground in order to allow handling with the use of a forklift or transpallet.
