Big bag rack with wheels and 1000 liter spill pallet

The big bag rack with spill pallet is the wheeled solution for storing 1000 litre big bags and sacks. The square-based spill pallet is made of 3-mm carbon steel sheet, press-folded and welded watertight, and is complete with a hot-dip galvanised grid support surface. The spill pallet is indispensable for containing spills and leakage from the bags during loading and unloading operations.

The spill pallet positioned at the base of the big bag rack has a capacity of 200 litres and is equipped with four 150 mm diameter wheels, two fixed and two swivelling, with a load capacity of 400 kg each, which allow manual handling of the big bag rack in addition to that permitted with forklifts and transpallets.

The trolley-mounted big bag rack is constructed with a 4-post frame supporting a tubular upper frame fitted with 4 U-shaped snap hooks onto which the big-bag lifting loops are hooked. The upper frame is removable and can be forked with forklifts or other lifting equipment to allow the big bags to be easily positioned and removed.

Made of blue painted sheet steel, the big bag rack, measuring 1080 x 1080 mm and 1890 in height, weighs 65 kg. Finally, the big bag rack is equipped with a watertight spill pallet in compliance with current environmental protection regulations. To empty and clean it, it is therefore recommended to use absorbent material or, alternatively, tools such as industrial vacuum cleaners.
