Big bag rack 1000 liters with tubular structure and lid in galvanized steel

The big bag rack is the practical solution for housing 1000 liter bulk bags and big bags. Made of galvanized steel, it is the functional, light and cost-effective product for making use of big bags directly on the pallet. If using big bags is necessary for the storage and transport of waste, dust and other materials, using a big bag rack allows you to position the bags in a hassle-free and safe manner.

The self-supporting frame is made of tubular and anti-corrosion galvanized steel anti corrosion profiles, also available with additional paint treatment (lid excluded) to guarantee better resistance to atmospheric agents. The base has no bottom to provide for the insertion of support pallets measuring from 1200x800 mm to 1200x1200 mm on which the big bags will rest (the pallet is not supplied).

The structure of the big bag rack is made with 2 vertical uprights and is complete with 4 pivot attachments to ensure a quick fastening of the big bag straps. The upper frame is complete with hinged lid equipped with a safety rod that prevents accidental closure.

The big bag rack with disassembled bolted frame can be used for the storage of big bags or bulk bags with a maximum capacity of 1000 liters and has external dimensions of 1330x1040 H 1300/1700 mm (the height varies according to the opening of the lid) and internal dimensions of 1250x1000 H 1250 mm.
