Bin Cart 1000 Trolley with open fronted storage bins

The Bin Cart 1000 trolley is the ideal solution for implementing Lean Production. Thanks to the numerous open-fronted storage bins it comes with, it is perfect for use in assembly lines. This type of trolley makes it possible to create a mobile and organised workstation. The various open-fronted storage bins make it possible to store small parts, screws and spare parts in an orderly manner and make them immediately available. This will streamline work operations and make work more efficient.

The structure of the Bin Cart is made of painted sheet metal and is available in RAL 7016 anthracite grey. The polypropylene open-fronted storage bins are matched in shades of grey. You can choose from 3 versions of the trolley which differ in the quantity and size of the bins. Trolleys with 192, 132 and 120 bins are available.

Complete with wheels and a handle, the trolley is practical and easy to move. The four wheels have a diameter of 125 mm and are made of non-marking synthetic rubber. Of the wheels supplied, two are fixed and two are swivel castors with brakes. This ensures that the small parts can be moved quickly and safely.

The Bin Cart 1000 Trolley is 1384 mm high, 668 mm deep and 1067 mm wide. Its maximum load capacity is 300 kg distributed in 150 kg on each side.
