Compact storage container in steel with spill pallet and 2 levels for tanks 1000 lt

The storage container in steel is the convenient and safe 2-storey solution for storing 1000 liter tanks outdoors and shield them from damage caused by atmospheric agents. It is possible to choose between the version without doors, with PVC tarpaulin or with hinged doors equipped with locks. Each model consists of a monobloc structure that can be lifted from above but is quite complex to handle; in fact, once positioned, the container is to be considered as a definitive solution since it can only be moved by forklift truck with adequate capacity and equipped with fork extensions.

The Italian legislation respected for the construction of the container provides that the spill pallet contains the greater of 33% of the total volume stored and the volume of the largest container stored. If the container is to be used outside of Italy, it is necessary to check the regulations in force regarding containment (for example, in France 50% of the total stored is expected, in Germany 10%).

The storage container in steel is a professional and safe tool, made in compliance with the following regulations:
• International standard UNI EN ISO 3834-2: 2006 certificate n. 523-088-2012 TÜV Italia and the Essential Requirements for Safety and Environmental Protection (certification referred to the manufacturer);
• Community Directives: 2009/104 / CE Work equipment;
• National directives: Legislative Decree 81/2008 annex V Consolidated text on occupational safety;
In addition, it is possible to affix the CE mark to the container by requesting the appropriate UNI EN 1090 certification.

The container is characterized by a thickness of the sheet metal of the doors, walls and roof equal to 2.5 mm, the thickness of the sheet of the spill pallet is instead of 3 mm. The swing doors and the insulating roof (available as an accessory item) are made with 50 mm mineral wool sandwich panels interposed between the galvanized sheets, with EI30 certification and fire resistance class A2 S1-d0. Upon request, the container can be 100% insulated. Furthermore, it is possible to request the REI120 certified container in the fully insulated version with 100 mm thick mineral wool sandwich panels.

The body of the storage container is designed to be fixed to the ground with dowels and is equipped with a removable hot-dip galvanized grating floor with 66x55 mm mesh. In the case of storage of flammable substances, it is possible to select the accessory ventilation grids. These are designed in such a way that they comply with Italian regulations (Ministerial Decree 18/05/95) and therefore guarantee ventilation equal to 1/30 of the floor area. In the event that the storage container is used outside Italy, it will be necessary to check the relevant regulations of the country in question (e.g. in Germany they are recommended, while in France they are compulsory, but the provisions regarding number and structure may differ). The versions without doors and with PVC tarpaulin do not need to be equipped with grilles and insulating roof. Finally, upon request the container is available with explosion-proof ventilation, perfect for storing high-risk flammable substances, and a polypropylene spill pallet, suitable for the storage of corrosive and aggressive liquids.
