Concrete road barrier clamp for lifting and handling New Jerseys capacity up to 6000 kg and regulations up to 800 mm

The concrete road barrier clamp is the solution for handling and arranging Jersey barriers at road construction sites or when there is a need to delimit a specific area. Jersey barriers are modular safety devices made of plastic or concrete, which are used as a traffic island when there are works in progress or emergencies, but also permanently in special situations. The clamp is made of steel for guaranteed strength and is particularly suitable for the installation of these structures.

The weight of the lifting clamp is 235 kg and it is equipped with an operating and maintenance manual and an informative metal label containing all the most important data of the model, as well as the Certificate of Conformity. The concrete item is gripped by friction, and the clamp is equipped with claws so that the item can be aligned during the positioning phase.

The functionality of the concrete road barrier clamp is not only limited to the handling of Jersey barriers, but it is also perfect for placing any concrete artefact, thanks to its high capacity and the possibility of adjusting the arms to a distance of 50-800 mm.

The concrete road barrier clamp is manufactured in full compliance with UNI EN 13155, UNI EN ISO 12100, UNI EN 349, UNI ISO 8686 and UNI EN 10204 standards. Finally, it is equipped with fully automatic coupling and release, in order to protect the safety of operators.
