Configuring the Bin Cart 1000 Trolley is the ideal solution for creating a customized trolley that allows you to store and move small parts, bolts, screws and other components. In fact, by selecting the right accessories, it is possible to place open fronted storage bins containing various small parts on the trolley so that they are always tidy and readily available when needed. The Bin Cart trolley represents the indispensable product to manage work operations in the assembly, production or logistics lines more effectively.
The correct configuration of the Bin Cart Trolley starts with the selection of the frame (trolley structure) and the choice of wheels, which are available in different sizes, load capacities and materials.
Next, it is possible to accessorize the trolley with non-perforated panels/shelves, which can be used either as the base of the trolley or as real, non-tilting shelves. Alternatively, perforated panels/shelves are available with 1 case holder edge that can be positioned at an angle (the case holder prevents the boxes from falling).
Finally, to reinforce inclined shelves, aluminium profiles can be placed underneath. These profiles can be installed at any point on the upright, thanks to two screws that must be positioned at the ends.
