Configure your Bin Cart 1000 Trolley for open fronted storage bins

The possibility of configuring the Bin Cart 1000 trolley provides a tailor-made solution for storing and transporting small parts, bolts, screws and small components. In fact, by appropriately equipping the trolley, it is possible to place several open-fronted storage bins on it to store components in an orderly manner and, at the same time, make them immediately accessible when needed. Thanks to the Bin Cart, work operations in assembly, production or logistics lines will be more efficient.

To configure the Bin Cart 1000 trolley it is necessary to start with the basic trolley structure to which the wheel kit will be added. The wheels are available in different sizes, load-bearing capacities and rubber types, so choose according to your needs.

The basic trolley structure can then be completed by means of the aluminium profiles, which allow for the quick installation of the open-fronted storage boxes on both sides of the profile. The profile can be installed at any point on the upright, thanks to two screws that are positioned at the ends.
