Configure your Bin Cart 1000 Trolley for smalll parts storage cabinets

By configuring your Bin Cart 1000 trolley, you can have a solution tailored to your needs. This type of trolley is essential in warehouses, production departments or environments where small parts and components are often handled. Thanks to the small parts boxes it is in fact possible to organize, store and handle screws, bolts or small components in a safe manner within the work area. In this way it is possible to keep the working environment in order, guaranteeing the safety of the operators.

The frame that constitutes the structure of the Bin Cart trolley is made of painted sheet metal and is available in anthracite gray RAL 7016. The two side uprights allow the fixing of a wide range of accessories. In fact, aluminum profiles are available that allow the quick and easy installation of small parts containers. It is also possible to accessorise the trolley with shelves and perforated panels and a kit of wheels.

Thanks to the handle and the four wheel kits available, two of which are fixed and two swivel with brakes, it is possible to easily move the trolley within the work area. The wheels available can have a diameter of 100 or 125 mm and, depending on the needs, they can be made of standard rubber, synthetic non-marking rubber and elastic rubber.

The dimensions of the Bin Cart trolley are 1011x35x60 mm. Its maximum load capacity, depending on the configuration, is 300 kg distributed over 150 kg on each side. The shelves, on the other hand, have a capacity of 50 kg.
