Configure your shelving for open fronted storage bins 500/450 x 300 mm

Configuring the shelving for open-fronted storage bins to suit your needs is an opportunity to optimise your available space. The shelving is suitable for storing bins measuring 500/450x300 and the components are designed to assemble the shelving in two different heights: 1010 mm or 2010 mm. If you decide to build the higher version, it is mandatory to add a cross every six bays in order to stabilise the structure and be able to operate in complete safety.

Thanks to the galvanised guides, the shelving system allows the bins to be used by sliding them outwards, making them practical and quick to use. The positioning of the rails is adjustable in height according to your technical requirements: depending on the position chosen, it will be possible to fit boxes with the same dimensions but different heights.

The floor fastening set, consisting of two expansion screws, is mandatory to guarantee the stability and safety of the shelving, which can thus safely support up to 250 kg of load per span.

In addition to the side panels and sealing plinths, the shelving for open-fronted storage bins is equipped with an upper sealing surface, which is useful for protecting the goods from dust in the higher version and can also be used as a counter top and work station in the lower version.
