The drop-bottom opening skip is the compact, double-bottomed solution with forklift pockets for quick disposal of waste and scrap. It is the ideal product for collecting, handling and unloading waste, scrap, sand, scrap metal and other materials. It is convenient and safe thanks to the lever-operated emptying system that allows the bottom of the skip to be opened safely while sitting inside the forklift truck with the help of a rope (not supplied).

The drop-bottom opening skip is stackable and manufactured in accordance with 2006/42/EC and is equipped with warning panels to signal dangers and a nameplate with technical data to guarantee safety and quality. This makes it a practical and safe solution, ideal for even intensive professional use in all activities in the industrial sector.

The safety chain supplied as standard allows the drop-bottom opening skip to be secured to the forklift truck, preventing it from breaking free from the forks and falling, putting operators at risk. In addition, the skip comes complete with a standard 440 mm open-bottom discharge opening.

Several models of the drop-bottom opening skip are available, differing in size and surface treatment. In fact, it is possible to select a model painted green or orange, or a galvanised model that is excellent for containing corrosive substances. Finally, the drop-bottom opening skip can be stacked up to 3 levels if the useful height is less than 800 mm, otherwise up to 2 levels.
