Drum dispensing station with 240 lt spill pallet

The drum dispensing station is a solution featuring a 240-liter spill pallet for storing 200-liter and 60-liter drums. Since it can be customized to meet specific needs, it is the ideal solution for any workplace requiring a system for the horizontal storage of 2 or 4 drums. Thanks to the storage station, it is possible to create a custom-designed area for decanting and dispensing operations in compliance with regulations regarding worker and environmental protection.

The galvanized steel spill pallet is 1390 mm wide, 1160 mm deep, and 160 mm high, with a maximum capacity of 240 liters. In accordance with Italian regulations, the spill pallet is designed to hold at least the greater of 33% of the total volume of stored liquids or the volume of the largest container. For applications outside Italy, we recommend checking the applicable laws in the country of use.

The drum supports hold the drums in a stable and secure horizontal position. In fact, the corner crossbars prevent the drums from slipping, and the position parallel to the ground facilitates transfer operations. Additionally, the structure of the supports allows them to be stacked up to a maximum of two levels. The drum dispensing station must be configured by selecting the type and number of supports: for 200-liter or 60-liter drums.
