Drum dispensing station with 450 lt spill pallet

The drum dispensing station for oil drums is the solution designed to store your drums and at the same time facilitate the tapping of the liquids contained inside. In fact, it allows you to create an area dedicated to the pouring and tapping of liquids without incurring the risk of spills or leakage on the ground. In this way it will be possible to work in full compliance with safety and environmental protection regulations, with no fear of polluting groundwater.

The drum dispensing station is absolutely versatile; in fact, it is possible to choose between the different components to buy, in order to create a solution that is truly tailored to your needs. Among the available components there is a drum spill pallet (sampling tank) for 2 drums with a capacity of 450 liters made entirely of polyethylene with the rotational molding technique. Movable by forklifts or pallet trucks, it is characterized by sturdiness and resistance.

In addition to the spill pallet, a stackable polyethylene support for horizontal drums can also be purchased. Thanks to this support it is possible to place two other drums above the tank. In this way it is possible to double the capacity of the tub. It is also possible to choose a polyethylene stand, a useful stand where to place the containers used for sample collection.

All the components of the drum dispensing station are made of rotationally molded polyethylene. This feature makes them perfectly suitable and resistant to contact with acids, alkalis and oils. The tank and the support for drums both have a capacity of 800 kg and measure respectively 1320x1370x610 mm and 1200x830x320 mm. The container support, on the other hand, has a capacity of 15 kg and measures 500x500x400 mm.

The spill pallet capacity complies with Italian regulations, which require the containment of the highest volume between 33% of the total storage and that of the largest container. In the case of use in countries other than Italy, it is advisable to refer to local containment regulations.
