Drum spill pallet 280 lt in polyethylene with perforated grid 1230 x 830 x 380 mm for 2 drums

The drum spill pallet 280 lt is 1230 mm wide, 830 mm deep and 380 mm high and it is equipped with a removable, sanitizable and perforated HDPE support surface to facilitate the outflow. The tank is made out of of UV stabilized non-toxic bright yellow polyethylene to ensure high visibility as required by the general approval standard Z-40.22-421. Furthermore, it is the ideal product for the safe storage of drums and chemical products, alkaline solutions, non-flammable chemicals and other substances which are compatible with polyethylene.

To guarantee safety, the oil collection tank is made in accordance with the regulations on safety in the workplace and those for the protection of the environment established by the following decrees: Legislative Decree No. 81/2008 "Consolidated law on protection of health and safety in the workplace” Legislative Decree No. 22/1997 (Ronchi law) and Legislative Decree No. 152/2006 “Environmental regulations.”

This drum spill pallet is made out of a single mould, so it has no joints. The production of the tub, in fact, takes place through the use of the rotational molding technique which makes it possible to obtain a self-supporting and reinforced structure which is particularly resistant to shocks and chemical agents.

The drum spill pallet is a practical solution: it can be placed comfortably on europallets or on 80x120 mm wooden pallets and it is easily movable by using a forklift or a transpallet. Finally, to optimize space during transport operations, the tank can be stacked when empty.
