Elastic rubber fixed castor

The elastic rubber fixed castor is the solution with a fixed support that ensures quietness and respect for delicate surfaces. In fact, the material they are made of makes these wheels optimal for hospitals, leisure facilities, commercial activities and workplaces where silence is required. The wheels can also be fitted on roll containers and industrial trolleys used in knitting mills and laundries thanks to the presence of the hub guard or thread guard which prevents threads from tangling around the hub, blocking or slowing down the movement of the wheel over time. 

The elastic rubber fixed castor is manufactured in Italy according to strict quality standards, it can withstand temperatures ranging from -30°C to +70°C and the moulding operations are of the highest quality as are all the raw materials chosen. In addition, the wheels are made of high-grade rubber compounds to guarantee efficiency and reliability.

The elastic rubber fixed castor comes complete with a fixed galvanised steel support with 4 holes for even load distribution; these castors are available in two sizes with different load capacities in order to meet different professional requirements. The 100 mm diameter wheels have a maximum load capacity of 130 kg while the 125 mm diameter wheels support up to 150 kg.
