The ESD boxes made of ESD (electro static discharge) material are indispensable for storing and transporting sensitive electronic components safely. In fact, the boxes are made of conductive ESD polypropylene, i.e. a plastic polymer with additives that prevent the formation of electrostatic discharges that could damage electronic materials.
This type of anti-static box is particularly ideal for the electronics sector, in production lines, but also in logistics and assembly lines. ESD boxes are particularly light, wear-resistant and have standard dimensions compatible with euro pallets. In addition, they can be used at temperatures from -20°C to +80°C.
The design of the antistatic boxes allows for multi-level stacking. The load capacity of a single box is 12 kg, while in stacking the load capacity is 600 kg. The boxes also have closed walls and a smooth bottom. They are also easily sanitised, but the use of aggressive chemicals for washing is not recommended.
The ESD boxes are black, have external dimensions of 600x400x120h mm and can be fitted with a hinged lid, which is available as an option. Finally, they weigh 1700 g and have an internal volume of 22,80 l.
