Floor drill press Fervi 0186 with drive belt

The Fervi 0186 floor drill press is the ideal tool for performing simple mechanical operations such as drilling, boring and spot boring. It is the ideal tool, capable of performing these processes on different materials, simply by varying the tool according to the activity to be performed and the material of which the piece to be machined is made. The drill provides 12 different levels of spindle rotation speed, thus allowing to carry out numerous machining operations. Equipped with a support base, it must be positioned on flat surfaces for correct use.

The Fervi floor drill press equipped with belt speed transmission. The motor of the device in fact always runs at a constant speed, the rotation speed is dictated by the transmission system. To change the spindle rotation speed, simply move the belts on the pulley grooves. The electrical system for the machine start controls has a separate circuit and 24V.

The table supplied with the Fervi professional floor drill press is rotatable and tiltable. The table has a diameter of 290 mm and can be tilted by ± 45 °. The vertical advancement of the spindle is done manually via the spindle handwheel. Fervi machines are machines designed to be used intermittently during daily and non-continuous work activities.

The professional floor drill press is supplied with a CM 2 spindle connection. Its continuous drilling capacity is 12 mm in diameter. Its drilling capacity with pre-hole on cast iron is 20 mm, while on steel it is 16 mm.
