Floor drill press Fervi 0252 with drive belt

The floor drill press is a machine designed to perform drilling, boring and spot boring operations on different materials. It is in fact possible to adapt the intended use of the machine by changing the tool according to the operations to be performed and the material to be processed. The device provides 12 different levels of spindle rotation speed. The device is equipped with a digital depth gauge, a reversible table with vice and a LED light to illuminate the work area.

The professional floor drill press is available in two versions which differ in the required supply voltage. In fact, one version is equipped with a 230 V 50 Hz 1.5 kW single-phase motor, while the second has a 400 V 50 Hz 1.5 kW motor. Both versions are to be considered as service machines and not production machines and therefore suitable for being used intermittently and not continuously.

Thanks to the presence of a rack and on the bearing column of the Fervi floor drill press, it is possible to adjust the height of the work surface. It is also possible to adjust the sliding of the vice on the table. The worktop can be tilted to the right and left and rotated from or to 360 °.

The professional floor drill press has a belt speed change. This type of transmission is particularly suitable when it is necessary to carry out medium-heavy, often repetitive, machining operations that require few changes in rotation speed.
