Forklift tipping skip with 4 wheels and capacity 2000 kg dismountable

The forklift tipping skip is the capacious, manoeuvrable and compliant solution for collecting, transporting and unloading all types of waste, production leftovers or other waste material from industrial processes into appropriate areas. A key feature of this tipping skip is the CE mark, which identifies products that comply with the safety requirements set by EU regulations and directives. Operators can work safely without having to get off the forklift thanks to the emptying lever fitted on the side, which can also be operated from a distance by means of a rope attached to the lever.

To limit the risk of accidents at work and to guarantee a suitable environment from an organisational and sanitary point of view, this forklift tipping skip is the ideal solution, built and designed in compliance with the provisions of the European Directive 2006/42/EC implemented in Italy with the Legislative Decree no. 17 27/01/2010, and with the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 12100 standards and its subsequent amendments.

For a safe, fast and efficient transport from one operating area to another, it is possible - in addition to manual handling by means of a push handle and 4 wheels with a diameter of 160 mm, 2 of which are swivelling with brake (rear) and 2 fixed (front) - to move the tipping skip by means of a pallet truck or forklift truck, thanks to the presence of the forklift pockets. Push handle and forklift pockets are supplied as standard in RAL 7016 anthracite grey and, as they are dismountable, they make it easier to store the skip.

The structure of the forklift tipping skip has a maximum capacity of 2000 kg, with a 1350 litre tank, making it suitable for handling large volumes of material. To allow for a greater customisation of the product and to meet all requirements, it is possible to select the colour of the skip’s body, choosing from green RAL6011, orange RAL2004 or grey RAL7000. The forklift tipping skip has a drain plug on the bottom of the tank as standard, this detail allows you to add the optional grill and tap to separate liquids from solids. Finally, it is possible to add the optional hydraulic cylinder which guarantees gradual tipping of the forklift tipping skip (2 cylinders are required for the 750 and 1000 liter models).
