Forklift tipping skip with 4 wheels smooth walls capacity 600 to 1500 kg

The forklift tipping skip is the practical and safe solution for handling scrap and debris. The structure made of tubular and sheet steel is dimensioned according to load capacity and is particularly suitable for use alongside operating machines such as lathes, milling machines and presses during the collection and handling of processing waste. The skip's body is in fact equipped with holes compatible with forklift forks: once forked, the skip can be moved to where it is needed in total safety. Emptying the contents is also carried out with maximum safety thanks to the lever opening.

The lever opening is actioned by the operator inside the forklift truck. In fact, when connected to an opening chain (available as an optional extra), the lever is operated remotely, causing the skip to tip and thus emptying. In addition, the forks with an end joint allow the bucket to be rotated through 160°, guaranteeing total discharge of the contents.

To ensure a high level of safety, the forklift tipping skip is supplied complete with warning panels highlighting hazards. In addition, a safety chain is supplied as standard, which allows the skip to be secured to the truck to avoid the risk of falling.

The forklift tipping skip is available in different models painted in an orange or green polyester powder coating for outdoor use, characterised by a watertight tank, polyurethane wheels (two fixed and two swivel), two retaining hooks and two rubber shock absorbers to absorb the shocks of tipping. Finally, a number of optional accessories are available to make the basic model even more functional, such as the decanting tank with tap and cap, the parking brake for the swivel castors and the hydraulic piston to slow down tipping and make it safer.
