Forklift tipping skip with 4 wheels Jumbo capacity 900-1000 kg

The forklift tipping skip is the large-volume CE-certified solution for collecting and unloading bulky waste such as cardboard, plastic, wood and polystyrene. Its quality production makes it the ideal product for all companies in the industrial sector, and its structure allows it to be handled with a forklift or forklift truck (fork pockets dimensions 174x54 mm, interaxis 620 mm).

Unloading operations take place in complete safety thanks to the lever tipping system. With the help of a rope, the lever can be operated by the operator sitting inside the forklift. In addition, the forklift tipping skip structure comes complete with labels, safety panels and a safety chain with snap hook that secures the tipping skip to the forklift truck.

The tipping skip is equipped with a steel crescent to facilitate automatic closing and to safeguard the wheels when closing the skip. The four wheels (two fixed and two swivelling with brakes with a diameter of 200 mm) and the push handle allow the container to be moved comfortably and safely. In addition, the forklift tipping bucket is complete with galvanised sheet metal filter and screw-on discharge plug and is suitable for professional use, even intensive use. The robust “Secure System” hydraulic cylinder can be fitted as an accessory to ensure gradual tipping of the bucket during emptying. The cylinder, patented by the manufacturer, requires no external piping connections, allowing for a linear and controlled rotation during the unloading phase and a free return during the bucket’s closing phase.

To meet different requirements, the forklift tipping bucket is available in 900 kg or 1000 kg capacity models, both painted in RAL5010 blue. It is supplied complete with an Operation and Maintenance Manual, a metal identification plate with CE marking, and a Certificate in accordance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
