The forklift tipping skip with reinforcements and a 1500 kg capacity is the ideal solution for the safe and efficient management of waste and scrap. Its robust structure, made from reinforced steel tubes and plates, is designed to support loads up to 1500 kg and is particularly suitable for working alongside machines such as lathes, mills, and presses during the collection and handling of production scrap. The body of the skip is designed with fork pockets compatible with forklift tines, allowing for easy and safe movement of the container to the required location.

The contents are emptied with complete safety thanks to the lever-operated tipping system. The opening lever can be activated by the operator inside the forklift, using a pull chain (available as an optional accessory). When the chain is pulled, the lever is activated remotely, causing the skip to tip and empty its contents. Furthermore, the forks with terminal joints allow the skip to be rotated up to 160°, ensuring complete discharge of the contents.

To ensure a high level of safety, the forklift tipping skip is equipped with safety panels that highlight potential hazards, as well as a standard safety chain, which secures the skip to the forklift, preventing the risk of accidental drops.

The forklift tipping skip is available in two models, both with a 1500 kg capacity: one with a 1600-liter capacity and another with a 2000-liter capacity. The skips are powder-coated with exterior-grade polyester paint in orange or green and feature a watertight basin, nylon wheels (two fixed and two swivel), two locking hooks, and two rubber shock absorbers to absorb the impact during tipping. Additionally, several optional accessories are available, such as a settling tank with a tap and cap, a parking brake for the swivel wheels, and a hydraulic piston to slow down the tipping motion, making it safer.
