Compact forklift tipping skip with 4 wheels, semicircular reinforcement and capacity 580 kg

The forklift tipping skip is the simple and practical tool for handling metal waste and scrap pieces. The robust construction makes the bucket adaptable and usable in a variety of sectors: in industry, construction and recycling. The container is also accompanied by a declaration of conformity and instructions for use (Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC).

Equipped with 4 wheels Ø 125, made of polyurethane, 2 fixed and 2 swivel anti-noise wheels with brakes, the tipping skip is manoeuvrable and easy to position in the designated work area. It also comes complete with a convenient push handle on the short side. 

The emptying system is simple and safe: without getting off the forklift, the operator operates the system via a practical lever, complete with return spring. To facilitate automatic closure and for safeguarding the wheels when closing, the forklift tipping skip is fitted with a steel half-moon. The skip is watertight, making it suitable for containing industrial (non-food) liquids. 

The forklift tipping skip is supplied complete with: identification plate, settling tank, screw drain plug, galvanised sheet metal filter to separate solids from liquids, rubber buffers for recoil, safety chain and 3mt nylon rope for release from the forklift. Finally, it is possible to customise the container by selecting the hydraulic cylinder that guarantees gradual tipping and the tap for the settling tank.
