Gas cage in galvanized steel with basement

The gas cage is the solution in galvanized steel with base to protect the equipment from unauthorized personnel. The hinged doors with anti-intrusion locking makes it a safe solution for the storage of gas cylinders in internal and external environments of companies. Furthermore, the base makes it the ideal product when cylinders cannot be placed directly on the ground, but a solid support base is needed.

Storing gas cylinders in a stable and safe way is essential to prevent them from being hit and falling with consequent leaks of hazardous contents. For this reason it is important to use the gas cage equipped with internal hooking with chain and snap hook for additional stability and safety.

The gas cage is manufactured according to UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 and it is complete with hinged door with closure, galvanized canopy, steel base, modularity predisposition and safety labeling. It is made of galvanized steel to guarantee sturdiness and resistance. Furthermore, to meet every need, the cage is available in three versions up to contain to 36 cylinders.

The gas cage is supplied assembled. The DEA0302 model is supplied complete with access ramp to facilitate cylinder entry and exit operations. The other models can be equipped with an access ramp and a removable shelf for storing small cylinders.

For safe and compliant storage of gas under pressure, it is important to consider the following rules: to be lableled "outdoor storage" two sides of the depot must be fully ventilated; the storage facility must be accessible only to authorized personnel; in indoor storage, the walls must be flame-tight. Finally, it is mandatory to use the compressed gas cylinder storage with due diligence, providing for routine maintenance and periodic checks.
