HDPE heavy closed plastic pallets for industry and food use 800 x 1200 mm

The plastic pallet made of high-density polypropylene is the most suitable solution for handling, storing or transporting any type of goods, including foodstuffs or very heavy goods. This type of pallet lends itself perfectly to being handled by pallet trucks or forklifts, and to optimise loading it can also be easily stacked. Thanks to its HDPE structure, it is able to guarantee great stability of the stored goods and high resistance, in fact it is able to support heavy loads.

Designed and made of plastic, unlike the wooden pallets that are commonly used for packaging, it does not need to undergo any special treatment to guarantee hygiene. A simple washing will be enough to make the plastic pallet fit for use again. Washing operations are also facilitated by the closed pallet bed.

Thanks to its plastic composition, the pallet's structure is solid and robust, and can cope with intensive use without sacrificing stability and strength. This pallet model offers two different load capacities depending on the use for which it is placed. The dynamic load capacity is 1000 kg, the static load capacity is 5000 kg and the rack capacity is 500 kg.

The plastic pallet is available in two different versions. The white version is made of virgin HDPE and is suitable for food use, while the black version is made of regenerated HDPE and is ideal for industrial use. For both versions, the dimensions are 800x1200x155.
