The HDPE heavy plastic pallets for industry and food use 1000 x 1200 mm are an ideal solution for the storage, handling and transport of all types of goods. Suitable for handling with pallet trucks or forklifts, these pallets can be stacked to optimise space organisation during transport or storage. Designed in high-density polyethylene, their features guarantee great stability and a high load capacity.

Their plastic composition, unlike the wood commonly used in packaging, does not require special treatments such as chemical, thermal or fumigation treatments as it does not run the risk of bacterial proliferation. Moreover, the high-density polypropylene is very easy to clean.

Thanks to their robust construction, the HDPE heavy plastic pallets are able to support heavy loads with great stability during transport. This is also thanks to the 3 slides and the gridded top that make up their structure. Depending on how this type of pallet is used, the load capacity will be different. The rack load capacity is 500 kg, the dynamic load capacity is 1000 kg, and the static load capacity is 5000 kg.

This HDPE heavy plastic pallets model is available in two versions. The first version is made of regenerated HDPE in black colour and is suitable for industrial use, the second version is made of virgin HDPE in white colour and is intended for food use. The dimensions for both versions are 1000x1200x155 mm.
