The HDPE heavy plastic pallets for industry and food use 800 x 1200 mm are the perfect solution for storing, handling and transporting goods and products. Manufactured from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), this pallet provides high load capacity and great stability. It is easily stackable, a feature that allows for the best possible optimisation of space for transport or warehouse organisation. The pallet also has a robust structure that enables it to withstand the intensive use typical of industrial activities.

Equipped with a structure consisting of a grating plate and 3 skids, the HDPE heavy plastic pallets are particularly stable and safe to handle. Its load capacity differs according to the mode of use. For a dynamic load the capacity is 1000 kg, for static loads the capacity is up to 4000 kg, and for rack loads it is 500 kg.

The use of plastic in the construction of the HDPE heavy plastic pallets results in a product that is very easy to sanitise and does not run the risk of developing bacterial proliferation. This material also does not require fumigation, chemical or heat treatment, unlike the wood used for packaging.

The HDPE heavy plastic pallets with dimensions 800 x 1200 x 155 mm are available in two different versions: industrial and food grade. The food-grade version is white and made of virgin HDPE suitable for transporting foodstuffs, while the industrial version is made of black regenerated HDPE.
