The HDPE plastic pallets 80 x 120 cm are the ideal product for storing, handling and transporting goods. The pallet has a high static and dynamic load capacity and, equipped with anti-tip edges and slides, is a safe solution for handling with a forklift or pallet truck and for storage on racking.
The use of plastic makes the pallet a practical and easy-to-clean product. In fact, compared to the common wooden pallet, the plastic pallet does not run the risk of bacterial proliferation and does not require the fumigation, heat or chemical treatment that wood used for packaging undergoes.
The bottom structure is equipped with 3 slides that make these HDPE plastic pallets particularly stable and secure. In addition, the load capacity varies according to use: the static load capacity is 3000 kg, the dynamic load capacity is 1500 kg and the load capacity on shelving is 500 kg.
The 1200x800x145 mm HDPE plastic pallets are available in two versions: industrial and food grade. The model suitable for industrial use is made of recycled HDPE and has a black colour; the plastic pallet for food use is made of virgin HDPE and has a white colour.
