Height-adjustable roller conveyor Fervi R001 for metal cutting band saw

The height-adjustable roller conveyor Fervi R001 is the solution that allows you to support and move pieces of metal material that can be bulky and heavy to move while working with a metal cutting band saw. It is therefore the ideal solution for when it is necessary to carry out long processes, using large pieces that need a support that at the same time also moves them towards the sawing machine. This is possible thanks to the rollers that make up the structure, which progressively conveys the piece towards the cutting tools during machining.

In order to satisfy all needs, the height-adjustable roller conveyor can be adjusted in height thanks to the presence of feet with independent height adjustment. In this way it is possible to adapt the tool to the necessary height so that it is in line with the sawing machine used in order to make the work easier and more practical.

Two different models are available for purchase, which differ mainly in their size. The first model is in fact 1000 mm long and 460 mm wide, while the second model has a length of 2000 mm and a width of 450 mm. The adjustable height varies from 580 to 1030 mm for the first model and from 590 to 1050 mm for the second one.

For both available models of the height-adjustable roller conveyor, the rollers measure 60 x 360 mm and the maximum carrying capacity is 400 kg. The weight of the smaller model is 23 kg, while the larger model weighs 37 kg.
