High lift pallet truck inox kg 1000 TMS-80 lifting 800 mm

The inox high lift pallet truck TMS-80 is the solution with a maximum lift of 800mm to lighten the workload of operators in the activities of picking up and depositing the goods. Thanks to the lifting, it is suitable for positioning the goods at a comfortable height, reducing operator effort and increasing productivity. Equipped with IP65 protection, it can be washed at high pressure in order to ensure hygiene, which makes it perfect for the food, chemical and pharmaceutical sectors. The pallet truck is under the Bada Carrelli brand, produced in Italy by Italiana Carrelli Elevatori.

To meet the needs of different fields, the high lift pallet truck is available with a sandblasted finish for the food sector and for the pharmaceutical sector. Both versions also come with the 70-110 microns glass microspheres treatment for the pharmaceutical sector. In addition, the model for the pharmaceutical sector can also be purchased with a satin-gloss finish.

The high lift pallet truck is equipped with guide wheels and nylon rollers with polyurethane cover, which make movement comfortable because it is non-slip and non-marking. On the forks, there is a single roller, convenient when lifting loads with even surfaces or when picking up pallets from the “closed” side.

Resistant, easy to handle and ergonomic, the high lift pallet truck is entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with smooth scratch-resistant, stain-resistant, resistant to adhesion of dirt and the spread of germs or bacteria. Finally, the pallet truck is equipped with Teflon side stabilizing rollers, ensuring further stability and safety.

Certified by the Machinery Standard 2006/42 / EC, the high lift pallet truck is made in compliance with the EN 1672-1 and EN 1672-2 standards for the food sector, while for the pharmaceutical and cleanroom sector EN 14644-1: 2006 and EN 14644-2: 2006.
