Hypacages mm 1000 x 1200 height 1180

The hypacages 1000x1200 mm are the collapsible and stackable solution for sectors such as oenology, industry, waste, recycling, transport and internal handling. The possibility of folding down the hypacage allows for the smallest possible footprint during storage. Furthermore, the electro-welded and galvanised metal structure makes the container particularly light but also quite resistant, ideal for professional use in any industrial and commercial sector.

Quick and easy access to the internal contents is guaranteed by the opening on the 1200 mm side. The structure is solid and easy to clean, and being stackable it is a space-saving product that allows you to make the most of every inch of available storage space, even in height.

The mesh structure allows the contents to be viewed at a glance and, therefore, makes the hypacages the ideal product for optimising the time it takes to find the goods stored inside. All this without sacrificing the solidity and robustness required in an industrial environment.

A collapsible hypacage measures 1000 x 12000 x 1180 mm when open, but the height is reduced to 330 mm when folded. In addition, up to 3 hypacages can be stacked on top of 1.

To meet different requirements, the basic structure of the hypacages can be upgraded by adding polypropylene wheels with a diameter of 100 or 125 mm or polyurethane nylon wheels with a diameter of 125 mm. However, the addition of the castors to the basic structure changes the load capacity of the container, which becomes 400 kg (with polypropylene castors) and 720 kg (with nylon polyurethane castors). The containers with wheels remain superimposable, but the capacity of the superimposed column corresponds to that of the wheels of the container which touches the support surface which must be smooth, uniform and without inclinations.
