Ibc pallet 1000 lt in painted steel with grid 1350 x 1650 x 640 mm

The Ibc pallet is the ideal product to use when you need to store dangerous, flammable and polluting substances. In fact, this solution collects any spills that may occur during the storage of hazardous substances in order to prevent them from polluting the aquifers, with harmful consequences for the environment. The use of this product is also essential to operate in compliance with environmental safety regulations.

The structure of the Ibc pallet is solid, robust and resistant. It is made entirely of polyester powder-coated steel for outdoor use in the colour RAL 2001. Handling is facilitated by the presence of forklift pockets that make it possible to use pallet trucks and forklifts to transport the pallets within the work environment.

The collection capacity is 1000 liters: this makes the Ibc pallet perfectly suitable for storing 1 x 1000 liter tank. Thanks to the grid included in the equipment, any dripping or leaks will accumulate directly inside the pallet. The spill pallet is designed in accordance with Italian regulations, which require a containment capacity equal to the higher of 33% of the total stored volume and the volume of the single largest container. It is recommended that, in case of use outside the Italian territory, the local regulations in force regarding containment should be consulted.

The dimensions of the Ibc pallet are 1350 x 1650 mm. The total height is 640 mm. It is therefore the ideal solution for storing large quantities of dangerous and potentially harmful substances. Finally, it is possible to accessorise the tank with the inclined support to raise the tank and carry out the tapping operations in a practical and safe way, but also with the PVC cover, both in standard and fireproof ADR-approved versions, which is indispensable for protecting the tank in case of outdoor storage.
