Ibc pallet 1000 lt in painted steel 1300 x 1600 x 635 mm

The IBC pallet made of steel is the product that meets the needs of tank storage and containment of accidental spills of hazardous flammable and polluting substances. The use of this IBC pallet makes it possible to operate in compliance with the legal provisions on environmental and worker protection (Italian Legislative Decree No. 152/2006 and No. 81/2008), and the capacity of the collection basin makes the IBC pallet suitable for use with one 1000-litre tank.

The configuration of the IBC pallet for tanks offers the possibility of choosing the most suitable configuration between the bearing plane with galvanised grid or with galvanised slats, which guarantee correct support to the tank with a maximum load capacity of 1000 kg. In addition, both types of bearing plane are removable for easy cleaning.

The smart design of the IBC pallet includes feet with forklift pockets, an important feature to allow for a smooth and efficient handling of all internal logistics operations. Tapping operations were also taken into consideration for the product’s design. That is why the inclined support with slats for 1000 l tanks was created, which can be placed directly above the pallet. It is important to bear in mind that the inclined support, available as an optional accessory, is only compatible with the slats bearing plane.

The IBC pallet is made of steel and is available painted in RAL 7000 grey. Its dimensions are 1600x1300x535 mm with 100 mm high feet, and the weight is 158 for the version with grid and 147 kg for the version with slats.
