IBC pallet 1150 liter in polyethylene with grid 1420 x 1420 x 1000 mm

The IBC pallet is the virgin polyethylene solution for safely storing 1000-Liter tanks containing polluting substances. Designed to be handled by transpallet or forklift, the IBC pallet is essential to protect the workplace, the environment and the personnel from any leakages that may occur during the movement of containers. The IBC pallet is therefore suitable for use in the transfer areas or in the vehicles loading areas.

The 1150-Liter IBC pallet is sturdy and resistant as it is made out of virgin polyethilene, printed with the rotational molding technique and is equipped with a polyethylene grid. Furthermore, in order to allow savings on transport costs and limit the space occupied, it is possible to stack multiple pallets together. 

Resistant to most acids, bases and oils, the IBC pallet is a professional, lightweight yet very resistant apparatus that makes it possible for you to carry out your working processes in a safe and practical way.

The IBC pallet with PE grid is subjected to load tests by RINA. Finally, it is designed for a 1000-Liter tank, it measures 1420 x 1420 x 1000 mm and it has a maximum load capacity of 1500 kg. Moreover, in case you wish to store the tank outdoors, a PVC cover is available as an option to protect it from weather events, both in standard and fireproof ADR-approved versions.

The spill pallet capacity complies with Italian regulations, which require the containment of the highest volume between 33% of the total storage and that of the largest container. In the case of use in countries other than Italy, it is advisable to refer to local containment regulations.
