IBC pallet 560 liter modular in polyethylene with grid 1500 x 1500 x 400 mm

The IBC pallet with grid for tanks is the modular solution for the safe storage of tanks containing polluting and hazardous substances. The polyethilene (PE) IBC sump pallet with grid is a professional product that guarantees safety and environmental protection, essential in workplaces where there is a risk of dispersion of hazardous substances. Using the IBC sump pallet therefore allows you to protect the environment and work staff from any inconvenience and, at the same time, avoid the penalties that may result from related damage.

To create platforms with a capacity suitable for 1000 liter IBC cubes, it is possible to connect several IBC pallets together. To obtain this modularity it is necessary to (1)  drill a pallet in the lower part on the right or left side, on the side without forklift pockets, (2) place a second tank adjacent to the first one and  with the help of a marker make a mark for the hole (aligned with the hole of the first tank), (3) drill a hole in the second tank and (4) connect the 2 tanks with the bulkhead fitting (accessory supplied).

With a height of 40 cm, the IBC pallet proves to be a practical and safe product as it allows immediate liquid collection. This pallet is made with the rotational molding technique, which allows to obtain a single monolith without joints made of virgin polyethylene.

The material of which the IBC pallet is composed is resistant to most acids, bases and oils. Finally, its lightweight but sturdy structure guarantees intensive use over time, stackability when empty and easy handling by transpallet or forklift.
