IBC pallet modular in steel

The IBC pallet modular in steel is the highly customisable solution for safely storing tanks containing hazardous substances and liquids classified as flammable and polluting. Any accidental spills leak through the grating and are collected in the basin, as required by current environmental and workplace safety regulations (Italian D.Lgs. N.152/2006 and N.81/2008). The IBC pallet is supported by feet with forklift pockets compatible with transpallets or forklift trucks and the pallets can be stacked during transport when empty or when not in use.

The user has the possibility of configuring a customized storage area to place drums and IBC cisterns: it is in fact possible to join several pallets thanks to the optional coupling kit complete with pallet pass-through element and gutter that prevents liquids from leaking. Available are 200-litre pallets with dimensions 1300x800x392 mm and 300-litre pallets with dimensions 1300x1200x392 mm. In order to place 1 or 2 IBCs, it is necessary to combine at least two 200-litre and one 300-litre palelts by means of 2 coupling kits that increase the total capacity: in this way, a solution with a total capacity of 1026 litres is obtained, which is suitable for storing 1 or 2 IBCs.

Two versions of the IBC pallet are available with galvanised slats. Both bearing planes are removable, solid and able to withstand intensive professional use and bear a maximum load of 1000 kg for higher capacity models. Thanks to the steel construction, the IBC pallet is a reliable, safe and resistant solution, available painted in RAL 2004 orange.

The last accessory available is the inclined support with slats, very practical when dispensing the liquids contained in the IBC cisterns. The support is only compatible with slatted pallets. The support can be used between two pallets to support an IBC cistern.

The spill pallet capacity complies with Italian regulations, which require the containment of the highest volume between 33% of the total storage and that of the largest container. In the case of use in countries other than Italy, it is advisable to refer to local containment regulations.
