Ibc pallet 1200 lt in painted steel with grid 3280 x 1315 x 420 mm

The ibc pallet is the large solution with dimensions 3280x1315, height 420 mm for a safe and compliant storage of up to 3 x 1000 lt tanks. The use of a pallet is mandatory by law when storing dangerous chemical liquids: if spilled from the ibc tank, these liquids must be contained in a special ibc pallet so that they will not reach the ground polluting the environment and threatening the health of operators.

Safety and quality of the ibc pallet are ensured by the production processes, which take place in full compliance with the European safety standards, as well as checks and final testing. The structure is made of carbon steel and the pallet is complete with a label with the technical data and safety precautions.

The ibc pallet is equipped with a removable galvanized duckboard for easy sanitation. In addition, the 6 support feet raise the tank 100 mm from the ground, support it for further stability and allow it to be moved empty by means of a pallet truck or forklift trucks.

Correct use of the ibc pallet is essential for the product to be safe and long-lasting: for this reason, the bunded pallet is supplied with a user manual. Finally, the ibc pallet complies with the Italian Interministerial Resolution of 27 July 1984 and the international standard UNI EN ISO 3834-2:2021.
