The IBC pallet in painted steel is the customizable solution to ensure compliance with high safety standards in the workplace. The use of the IBC pallet is mandatory when storing dangerous liquids that cannot disperse into the environment but which must be contained in a special place. In addition, the grid parted in two allows you to customize the spill pallet by adding a support and making the product the ideal choice also for pouring and tapping operations.

The IBC pallet is made of steel: this material makes the tank perfect for the containment of chemical liquids. These, in fact, if they are dispersed in the environment run the risk of polluting it, thus becoming harmful to the health of the operators who happen to be working in that area. 

To meet ever-changing needs, the IBC pallet can be customized. The divisible grid allows to raise the IBC tank by means of an inclined support allowing the transfer to a second container resting on the part of the grid that remains installed. In addition, the splash guard protect operators from sudden splashes and the PVC cover protects the pallet.

The IBC pallet can support 1 tank of 1000 lt, complies with the Italian Interministerial Resolution of 27 July 1984 and is supplied complete with plates with the technical and safety data required by Legislative Decree no. 81 of 9 April 2008. The spill pallet is designed in accordance with Italian regulations, which require a containment capacity equal to the higher of 33% of the total stored volume and the volume of the single largest container. It is recommended that, in case of use outside the Italian territory, the local regulations in force regarding containment should be consulted.
