IBC storage cabinet in painted steel 1600 x 1870 x 2565 mm with spill pallet and thermal insulation

The IBC storage cabinet in painted steel is the solution with thermal insulation and spill pallet for safely storing an iBC tank outdoors. The interposition of 50 mm mineral wool between the galvanised panels with fire reaction class A2 s1-d0 certified EI30 protects the contents from the weather: in summer it prevents overheating and in cold weather it prevents condensation. In addition, the closed structure and key lock prevent access by unqualified personnel. The storage unit is manufactured in accordance with EN ISO 3834-3:2006 standards and it can be moved unloaded with a forklift or pallet truck.

Safety is paramount when storing hazardous liquids that must not end up in the environment. For this reason, the storage cabinet is complete with a 1000 litre capacity spill pallet: placed under the tank, it collects any spillage, preventing it from falling to the ground and entering the groundwater.

Equipped with 4 support feet, a safety hook to lock the door open, and a removable galvanised grating support surface, the IBC storage cabinet is the ideal solution in workshops, warehouses, and companies that require a suitable place to store a 1000-litre tank outside.

Ventilation grids for the storage of flammable material, as required by the current regulations, are available as optional extras. Finally, an inclined tank lift can be added and, upon request, the inside of the spill pallet can be made of polyethylene for the containment of corrosive substances.
