IBC storage cabinet in polyethylene 1540 x 1600 x 2350 mm with spill pallet

The IBC storage cabinet is the polyethylene solution for the safe storage of an IBC tank containing corrosive and hazardous liquids. The polyethylene, in fact, makes the storage cabinet particularly suitable for contact with substances such as acids and bases, as unlike metals it is resistant to corrosion. Furthermore, by protecting the contents from atmospheric agents, it is an ideal outdoor solution that allows to optimize the available space and, at the same time, protect the stored content.

At the base of the IBC storage cabinet there is a drum sump pallet which increases the level of safety. By collecting accidental spills of hazardous liquid it protects the environment and the health of the operators: in fact, it prevents spills from reaching the ground and entering the groundwaters. The spill pallet capacity complies with Italian regulations, which require the containment of the highest volume between 33% of the total storage and that of the largest container. In the case of use in countries other than Italy, it is advisable to refer to local containment regulations.

The body of the IBC storage cabinet is complete with 2 doors equipped with 4 ventilation grids, spaces for stickers, internal document holder, lockable handles, two doors with 180 ° opening and support table for a tank with dimensions of 1350x1200x720 mm and a capacity of 500 kg. The table replaces the classic grids as it is the ideal non-deformable solution for heavy loads.

The IBC storage cabinet with dimensions of 1540x1600x2350 mm can be moved when it is empty with a forklift truck and is made with the rotational molding technique resulting in a single, resistant and seamless monolith. Finally, the environmentally friendly medium density polyethylene LLDPE makes it resistant to corrosion, therefore, ideal for storing corrosive substances.
