IBC tank 1000l ADR with plastic pallet

The IBC tank 1000 L is the safe and suitable solution for the transport of dangerous goods thanks to its ADR/ONU homologation. It is a quality product that can be used in professional environments and therefore in all companies in the industrial sector and beyond. It can be used both for storage and for the transport of standard liquid products, but also for the safe handling of hazardous chemical liquids.

The liquid can be easily poured in through the upper nozzle and can be tapped through the tap located on the lower part of the structure. The palletisation of the IBC tank allows it to be handled with a transpallet or forklift truck, and the galvanised steel cage increases its stability and safety by reducing the risk of damage caused by impacts.

Compliance with current regulations on the transport of hazardous liquids by road, rail and sea is guaranteed: in fact, the 1000 litre tank is RID-ADR-IMDG-ONU certified. The certification is valid for 5 years: after the first 30 months the tanker must be inspected to expand the certification to a further 30 months at the end of which it will only be possible to use the IBC for non-hazardous products.

The IBC tank is available in the dimensions 1000 x 1200 x 1170 mm. The structure of the cistern is made of high-density polyethylene and has a capacity of 1055 litres. The DIN 50 (2 inch) valve is made of HMW HDPE material with a PE gasket and the lid made of HDPE material has an SBR gasket. Finally, a dual variant of the product is available: one with a 150 mm diameter lid and the other 220 mm.
