IBC tank 1000l ADR with plastic pallet

The IBC tank 1000 L is the safe and suitable solution for the transport of dangerous goods thanks to its ADR/UN homologation. It is a high-quality product that can be used in professional environments and therefore in all companies in the industrial sector and beyond. It can be used for both the storage and transport of standard liquid products, as well as hazardous chemical liquids, which can be handled in complete safety.

The liquid can be easily poured in through the upper filler neck and can be tapped through the tap located on the lower part of the structure. The palletisation of the IBC tank allows it to be handled with a transpallet or forklift truck, and the galvanised steel cage increases its stability and safety by reducing the risk of damage caused by impacts.

Compliance with current regulations on the transport of hazardous liquids by road, rail and sea is guaranteed: in fact, the 1000 litre tank is RID-ADR-IMDG-UN approved. The certification is valid for 5 years: after the first 30 months, the tank must undergo checks to extend the certification for a further 30 months, at the end of which the IBC can only be used for non-hazardous products.

The IBC tank is available in the dimensions 1000 x 1200 x 1170 mm. The structure of the tank is made of high-density polyethylene and has a capacity of 1055 litres. The DIN 50 (2-inch) valve is made of HMW HDPE with a PE gasket, and the HDPE lid has an SBR gasket.
