EPP insulated box front opening Gastronorm GN 1/1

The EEP insulated box is the Gastronorm GN 1/1 solution with front opening for transporting hot, fresh and frozen food. It is the ideal product for transporting food at temperatures ranging from -40°C to +120°C without the risk of temperature fluctuations: the expanded polypropylene is in fact insulating and guarantees the maintenance of the internal temperature for several hours (the temperature maintenance curve is available in the graphs below).

Made of expanded polypropylene EPP, the insulated box front opening is equipped with 12 internal slides each positioned 3 cm apart to allow the insertion of Gastronorm GN 1/1 and submultiple size trays, containers and trays. In addition, it is equipped as standard with a height-adjustable internal divider for transporting different types of foodstuffs.

For impact resistance and to ensure a secure and perfectly insulated seal, the polypropylene insulated box front opening is equipped with a removable, non-hinged door. In addition, it is dishwasher-safe, industrial or direct water jet washable and is also easy to sanitise thanks to its smooth walls.
